The tour starts with convenient pickup from your location and takes you to Levadia/ springs (Explore at your leisure the springs of Remembrance & Oblivion). Continue via mount Parnassus to Delphi. The Oracle of Delphi was the most prestigious religious institution in ancient Greece, serving as the primary sanctuary for the god Apollo. Located on the slopes of Mount Parnassus, it was considered the “Omphalos” (navel) or center of the world.
Visit at you leisure the sites of Apollo and Museum as Athena’s sanctuary. Today Athena’s Tholos, three of its original columns have been re-erected, making it one of the most photographed ruins in Greece. Take a break for lunch in a restaurant balcony with a panoramic view of the olive grove valley and the Corinthian Gulf.
On our Return will stop and walk through the traditional mountain village of picturesque Arachova.

The tour driver is not a licensed tour guide to accompany you on your walk to any site or museum. If you require an archaeologist guide to tour the sites with you, you need to hire one additionally.

What should travelers bring with them?
Gratuities in Greece? As the competition between companies and tour drivers is high, our offers cover our main costs (Fuels, road tolls, accommodation, taxes…etc). Tips in Greece, as all over Europe, are optional. However, a tip as a gesture of gratitude for good services offered is always appreciated. There is no standard amount, but depending on the trip’s total cost, this can range between 10% to 20% for transfers or daily tours and 5% to 15% for multiple day tours.

However we only request to have in mind the agreement hours. But if you like to extend it, please make a fair arrangement with your tour driver/ leader. Additional charge per hour is 35€ (Sedan/SUV) – 50€ (Minivan) – 65€ (Minibus)..
