Reservation 

Tour price guarantee:  Our tour prices are subject to change without notice due to the unpredictability of currency rates and trip expenses (Fuels / toll roads / Ferry / Train tickets, accommodation… etc). However, your price (our agreement) for the tour you’ve selected will be locked and guaranteed the moment we receive your deposit.

After you sent us a deposit (usually 10% to 20%  non refundable / covers most of our office work with you, plus arrangements with tour drivers & private vehicles, other transportation as ferry or train tickets and accommodation…etc), you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will contain the details of your reservation after it is confirmed. After you have received the conformation e-mail that was sent to you, which contains the itinerary, your name and all the details regarding your reservation, print  the email or save it in your phone and keep it with you as it may be requested by your driver – remaining amount of private tour on your arrival ! Payment

Rates include all local taxes, VAT, Toll Roads, Ferry tickets (where needed) Trains tickets (where needed) and baggage charges.
Not included: Entrance fees: Archaeological sites, Museums, Caves, Castles or drinks, meals, accommodation (except if there is prior agreement) and/or gratuities. Gratuities in Greece? As the competition between companies and tour drivers is high, our offers cover our main costs (Fuels, road tolls, accommodation, taxes…etc). Tips in Greece, as all over Europe, are optional. However, a tip as a gesture of gratitude for good services offered is always appreciated. There is no standard amount, but depending on the trip’s total cost, this can range between 10% to 20% for transfers or daily tours and 5% to 15% for multiple day tours.

Tour Guides

Our tour/ drivers who are well informed about the areas, sites . Licensed drivers however, cannot guide you inside archaeological sites or museums. Only licensed tour guides, who are accredited with the Ministry of Culture, can provide a fully-guided sightseeing experience inside archaeological sites and museums, but the licensed tour/ guides are not allowed to drive you… If you want a licensed tour guide for a certain museum or archaeological site in Greece, we can arrange one for you or you can make your own arrangements. This is an extra service.

Destinations 

Certainly. Our website only contains suggestions. We can combine sites or we can reduce the schedule if you have limited time.  We provide private tours all around the mainland. islands of Greece with fixed and flexible schedules per your request… Simply send us an e-mail containing the tour or destination you are interested in and we will contact you as soon as possible with information regarding the cost and details

Flexibility

Tours are private, personal and flexible just for you and your party.
Number of People: We cater for any size of group, the tours are private, your group only, and therefore totally flexible, tailor-made just for you, your friends, family and affiliates.
Hours: Tour is private and flexible, however we only request that you keep in mind the agreed hours, for half or day tours. If you would like to extend your tour, please arrange this with your driver to come to a fair arrangement.
Vehicle type: We use  modern, Sedans, Minivan or Minibus vehicles, legal and licensed by the Greek National Tourism Organization, Smoking free, fully air-conditioned.

Insurances 

Travel insurance can minimize the considerable financial risks of traveling: accidents, illness, emergency evacuation, and getting your body home if you die.

Companies such as Travelex and Travel Guard offer comprehensive packages that serve as your primary coverage; they’ll take care of your expenses regardless of what other insurance you might have (for instance, if you have health insurance through your job). That means they pay first and don’t ask questions about your other insurance. This can be a real plus if you want to avoid out-of-pocket expenses.

Insurance prices can vary widely, with most packages costing between 5 and 12 percent of the total trip. Age is one of the biggest factors affecting the price: Rates go up dramatically for every decade over 50, while coverage is generally inexpensive or even free for children 17 and under.

Itineraries

Greece is surrounded by water, but the mainland is full of mountains. Greece has very few valleys. Even if the distances between cities look near on the map, they will take a long time to approach. Also keep in mind the weather conditions up on the mountains. (For Example: We have requests For One day tour to Meteora- It could be done in one Day – but is about 750 km ( both ways) and 1/3 of them on mountains , we do not recommend it). We try to include as many schedules as possible on our website, to different destinations all around the mainland and islands of Greece. However these schedules can be affected by weather conditions or day light save hours. (End October – End March). Our website is not just designed to accommodate clients. We have tried to include as much useful and practical information about Greece as possible to assist you in your planning. Please look through our site and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or comments. We are happy to help all visitors to Greece regardless of whether you use our services or not.

Cancellations 

Regarding the Daily Tours: Cancellations up to 24 hours before your travel date are 100% refundable as described on Viator/ TripAdvisor.

Cancellation Policy:

• Licensed Tour Guides are external co-operators & they have their own cancellation policy.
• Hotels/Bookings are external co-operators & they have their own cancellation policy and after reservation (Booking), refund is not possible
• Apart from the above cancellation limits,  refunds will be made: 

1. If though, you fail to make your appointment for reasons that are out of your hands, that would be, in connection with the operation of your airline or cruise ship or strikes, extreme weather conditions or medical reasons, you will be refunded 50% of the paid amount.
2. If your request cancellation date, for multiple day tour is over (3) months away from your reservation date, it has been known for third-party providers have their own cancellation policy, plus credit card companies, PayPal, etc. to charge a levy fee usually somewhere between 2-4%. Behind this there is a demand 10% of the total offer amount for the office service, which is not refundable.
3. See All Views Travel reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time, when reasons beyond our control arise, such as strikes, prevailing weather conditions, medical or pandemic reasons, etc. occur. In this unfortunate case, you shall be immediately notified via the email address you used when making your reservation and your payment will be refunded 100%.
